HUNTING CAMP

Our group enjoyed a portable hunting camp during the 1980's ....the Wiehr family 5th wheeler. This camper provided home base during duck hunting episodes as well as our favorite retreat during pheasant hunts....again on private property near Marietta, MN. We told and retold stories (most of them true) while sitting at the campfire; we cooked duck breast and brats over a portable grill while listening to the 1987 Twins World Series, and we supported our friends during tough times while watching the evening fire before turning in for the night.
